Services for Patrons with Disabilities

The University Library strives to provide the best possible access to materials and services for patrons with disabilities. View the library's complete Policy on Services for Patrons with Disabilities. Whenever possible, adaptive assistance should be pre-arranged and may include materials retrieval from collections, scheduling orientation or research consultation, instruction in specific equipment operation, referrals to campus and off-campus resources, and other reasonable accommodations.

It is suggested that patrons contact the library in advance so that requests may be directed to the appropriate unit. Please allow a 24-hour turnaround, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. For general questions or a library orientation contact the library's liaison to the Office of Disability Services, Trena Davis, 404-413-2804.
