Electronic ICL Request Form

GSU FACULTY, STAFF, and CURRENTLY ENROLLED STUDENTS may request materials to be delivered to the Alpharetta Center Library for pick up. Holders of Special Borrowers' cards, retired faculty and visiting scholars, for example, may also request materials through this service.

Requests may be placed in person, through the online ICL Request Form, by FAX, or e-mail.

Books and photocopies of newspaper and periodical articles are available for delivery. The following are NOT available for delivery:

• Non-circulating materials (reference books)
• Law Library materials
• Reserve materials
• Complete issues or bound volumes of a periodical title

Completing the ICL form:

For Book Materials:
Please check GIL before requesting materials to be sure the item is currently available on the shelf at The University Library. Look for the STATUS line on the item record to say "Not checked out". Please supply a Call Number for items requested. Materials not in the catalog, or long overdue, may be requested through Interlibrary Loan (ILL).

For Periodical Photocopies:
Please provide all the information requested on the form, including the source of the citation.

You will be NOTIFIED when your materials arrive.

MATERIALS MAY BE RETRIEVED in person at the Alpharetta Center. (Travel directions to Alpharetta Center)

MATERIALS MAY BE RETURNED to any GSU book drop, to The University Library or to the Alpharetta Center.
