From IEEE:
"TWO NEW IEEE JOURNALS PREMIER ONLINE. The first issues of IEEE Computational Intelligence Magazine and IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security have been published and are now available online through the IEEE Xplore digital library.
Computational intelligence is defined as a multi-faceted discipline dedicated to the shared knowledge of design, theory, development, and application of biologically and linguistically motivated computational models. The first issue of IEEE Computational Intelligence Magazine includes features on Evolutionary Computation and Evolvable Hardware.
IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security will cover related fields such as digital rights management, content identification, transaction tracking, surveillance, networking, law enforcement, and legal and ethical issues. The first issue includes papers on human identification based on facial animation and signature verification, among others.
The table of contents and abstracts for all papers in these issues can be found in the IEEE Xplore digital library, where subscribers may also access the full text of the articles: IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/tocresult.jsp?isnumber=33588 IEEE Computational Intelligence Magazine http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/tocresult.jsp?isnumber=33585"

reader to register for the ACS
feeds. To sign up for feeds from ACS journals, go to http://pubs.acs.org/alerts/rss/index.html or look for the red “RSS and Email Alerts” buttons on journal homepages. These buttons link to a main page, where the URLs for all of the feeds are located.
feeds are also available from Chemical & Engineering News Online and the news and features content of Analytical Chemistry, the Journal of Proteome Research, and Environmental Science & Technology.
Note: You will need to download a
feed into the reader from which you can view the ASAP articles. There are a number of FREE
readers (e.g., http://www.rssreader.com/). Note also that whenever you see a
feed you need to click on it and then copy the URL (i.e., often ending in '.rss') to your
reader.
This is an efficient and fast way (i.e., you can select and maintain your journal lists) to keeping updated with the latest info. as it comes in as well as directly downloading the PDF’s of articles as you see them! All above mentioned are Science Journals, however, there are likely journal
feeds from other disciplines that may also be of interest!
From IEEE:
"The first issue of IEEE/OSA Journal of Display Technologies has been published and is now available online through IEEE Xplore.
Sponsored by seven IEEE societies and the Optical Society of America, this interdisciplinary publication covers the theory, design, fabrication, manufacturing and application of information displays and aspects of display technology that emphasize the progress in device engineering, device design, materials, electronics, physics and reliability aspects of displays and the application of displays. The first issue contains nearly 20 papers, covering key display technologies such as liquid crystal displays, plasma displays, organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs), polymer LEDs, three-dimensional displays, projection displays, and lighting technology. Institutions with subscriptions to IEEE online collections may have access to this new journal, depending on their access rights.
The table of contents and abstracts for all papers can be found here: http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/RecentIssue.jsp?punumber=9425 "
There is a temporary fix now in place for users trying to get to the Royal Society of Chemistry journals via SFX (links from the E-Journal Locator, GIL, or other sources). SFX links for any title will now take you to the RSC journal index. From there, you can browse to the appropriate title.
A full fix will be implemented in the next few weeks, and at that time all SFX links will direct you to the specific journal title you need.
Original Message (5/18/05):
The Royal Society of Chemistry is in the process of upgrading its web site, and in the process has changed the URLs needed for accessing its journals. This has occurred with little notice and is affecting the ability to link to the RSC journals from the E-Journal Locator, GIL, and other sources. The needed adjustments should be made over the next couple of weeks.
Until then, please be aware that these journals may be inaccessible via SFX links from the E-Journal Locator, GIL, etc. If you are in need of one of the RSC titles, please visit the RSC Journals main page, where you can browse to the the title you need.
Apologies for the inconvenience.

Issue #1 of PLoS Medicine, the second journal from the Public Library of Science, is now available for viewing.
PLoS Medicine is an international, multidisciplinary medical journal that aims to publish outstanding human studies that substantially enhance the understanding of human health and disease. We aim to promote translation of basic research into clinical investigation, and of clinical evidence into practice. We encourage papers that cross disciplines.
This is a new journal, jointly published by IEEE and ACM.
This new quarterly will publish archival research results related to the algorithmic, mathematical, statistical, and computational methods that are central in bioinformatics and computational biology; the development and testing of effective computer programs in bioinformatics; the development and optimization of biological databases; and important biological results that are obtained from the use of these methods, programs, and databases.
GSU faculty, staff and students now have current, online access to Glycobiology.
Glycobiology provides a unique forum dedicated to research into the structure and function of glycoconjugates (including glycoproteins, glycolipids, proteoglycans or free complex saccharides) or on any aspect of proteins that specifically interact with glycoconjugates (e.g. lectins, glycotransferases, glycosidases).
GSU faculty, staff and students now have current, online access to Science, one of the premier science journals. Combined with the backfile coverage in JSTOR, we now have complete online access from 1880 to the most recent issue.
Each issue of Science includes reports, review and research articles as well as news, book reviews and editorials. Daily science news (2-4 articles/day) is posted on their Science Now page.
Highlights from the September 24 issue include:
