Who Am I?
As the Training & Assessment Librarian, I am responsible for creating, planning, delivering, and evaluating staff development and training opportunities for University Library employees. Additionally, I assess programs within and services provided by library departments; administer library surveys, including LibQUAL+; and conduct focus groups.

Design custom training classes for library employees or departments
Develop training plans for library employees
Facilitate departmental meetings and brainstorming sessions
Consult on assessment methods
Create evaluation tools
