Services for Students and Faculty at Extended Campus Locations
NOTE: The Alpharetta Center library closed on August 1. The following services and resources are available to students and faculty at all extended campus locations.
Services and Resources available to patrons at extended campus locations (not the downtown campus) include the following:
- Reference assistance, online by phone or email
- Consultations with library subject specialists, online, by phone or email
- Instructional guides and tutorials
- Virtual or in-person library instruction for classes (arranged by instructor)
- Bibliographic and full text databases
- GSU Campus ID & Password - When accessing GSU databases or electronic journals while not on GSU’s main campus, you will be prompted for your GSU Campus ID and password. Your ID is on the back of your PantherCard and your password can be set up online at campusid.gsu.edu
- GSU Campus ID & Password - When accessing GSU databases or electronic journals while not on GSU’s main campus, you will be prompted for your GSU Campus ID and password. Your ID is on the back of your PantherCard and your password can be set up online at campusid.gsu.edu
- GIL Express – patrons can request books owned by GSU or any other USG library via GIL Express, and have them delivered to any USG school other than GSU. Books can be returned to any USG school. Extended campus students not able to utilize GIL Express may request that books owned by the GSU Library be delivered to their home.
