Radio Broadcasting in Atlanta
The Don Naylor Papers (M103) include scrapbooks, sound recordings, correspondence and scripts from Mr. Naylor's service at WGST and WAGA radio and WAGA-TV in Atlanta.
The Jack Tarver research collection (M187), assembled by the prominent newspaper columnist and publisher, contains logs, indices, one transcript, and sound copies of WSB, WABE and WAOK programs from the 1950s and 1960s.
The Frances L. Wallace Papers (M182) document the life and career of the Atlanta musician. She played piano and organ for WSB, WAGA, and WCON as well as numerous other venues.
The WSB records (M004) include photographs, sound recordings, artifacts, program logs, and other materials related to WSB Radio, Atlanta's first radio station.

Popular Music Periodicals Collection is an artificial collection of serial publications about the American Popular Song, Jazz, Country, Bluegrass and Gospel genres of music, and related musical industry issues.
Richard A. Whiting Collection (M209) documents the life and career of the prominent composer with correspondence, photographs, periodicals and sheet music.
The Alex Cooley collection (M207) is comprised of administrative information and promotional materials for festivals and concerts of the early 1970's in both the Atlanta area and Puerto Rico.
The Jazz and Swing Foundation records (M069) include the office files of a non-profit organization founded to collect and preserve jazz and swing sound recordings and information about jazz and swing music and musicians. The Foundation existed 1986-1988.
The David Lennox concert recordings collection (M203) consists of audio and video recordings of rock music performances, primarily by the Grateful Dead.
The ephemera files contain various articles related to the collecting areas.
The Emma Kelly Collection (M183) includes documentary materials and artifacts relating to both her personal history and her professional career. Such materials include genealogical documents for the Thompson and Kelly families, family and professional correspondence, programs, performance ephemera, newspaper clippings, sheet music, song lists, honors and awards and audiovisual materials such as photographs, videocassettes and various music formats.
